I really wanted to do wide grip old school pull-ups. But I really wasn't strong enough to execute an adequate number with good form. No problem. I like this wide grip bar better. The "feel" is amazing and I can vary weights, reps, and speed of movement. The bar is really a nice piece of equipment and a valuable addition to my home gym. USA made (of course).
I have struggled with a weak grip so these have such an advantage…not only that but the grip position allows you to hit every part of your back. I have bought 3 attachments for our gym and I have heard nothing but great things.
