This is by far the best attachment for the back I’ve ever come across in all my years of lifting. This attachment is great. It puts your arms in the perfect position for the best contraction of the back muscles. I’m a big back guy. So I use mine just about everyday. I’d purchase again and I highly recommends this attachment to anyone and everyone who wants to improve their back physique.
After watching a few videos online about these, I had to try it. Got the medium grip supinate last week and I love it. Quality is on point and it definitely offers unique hand position while doing lat pull downs.
Simply awesome, the underhand grip is usually painfull, but with MAG , the hand positionning is perfectly confortable and offers a good work on the lats... I will certainly order more handles.
