The excellent grip allows you to focus on lifting the weight appropriately rather than compromising the lift due to grip issues. It’s the equivalent of using straps on a deadlift but for a lat pull down. Awesome bar, highly recommend.

It’s a must have if you want a proper work out. I can feel the gains coming back already. Would totally recommend, don’t hesitate. Deff buy it.

I ordenend this one becausse last Yes-R on a holiday to LA I tried this one in a gym. Perfect feeling for back training.Meaby i order later Some grijs more.

Excellent Lat Pulldown bar. Really makes a difference in focusing the reps on your lats. You will feel the difference after your workout!

First, I typically don't review products, but this thing is amazing. I saw John Meadows using one and thought I'd give it a try. Within the first few reps my back was on fire. The grip helped target my back better than anything else I've ever used. It felt so great and awesome I exceeded my planned sets and reps and hit a new PR with it. Unfortunately for me, I'll be ordering a couple more in the different variations. 5 STAR and quality product.
