Blown away!!! I can't remember the last time I was sore after back training, I'm sore in areas I've never been sore before. The grip style allows for heavier and stricter form.
Love this Medium Grip Pronate Bar! It really hits the back in a way that traditional bars don’t, and can handle heavier weight with better control. Very Cool item, highly recommend!
Absolutely recommend this bar. Have this in my commercial gym and my members and myself love it. Isolates the back, allows you to not worry about slipping off the bar, and can even lift more.
I have absolutely no doubt that I would not have benched 361.3lbs. at age 72 in competition last year had I not trained my back with the Maximum Advantage Grip Bar. I routinely recommend it to anyone who asks me for training advice.

The best lat bar/attachment I ever used. I no longer need my old lat bar.
The best pulldown bar I've used, and I have used a lot over the years. This takes your grip and puts it in a stronger position, which therefore puts more stress on your lats. Your grip is not a weakening factor in the movement. The quality of craftsmanship in the bar is amazing as well.
Throw out every other bar you have. Max grip is here to stay. I use this bar for my triceps as well... you guys need to develop a bar for bicep curls as well..Can’t wait to buy a couple more
I’ve been in and out of gyms for 30 years and this is by far the best lat pull down attachment I’ve used. I’ts comfortable on the hands, minimizes input from the biceps and really isolated the lats and to a lesser extent, the rhomboids. This will be my go-to lat attachment from now on.
