This is my 3rd MAG product, same high quality USA made as my other 2. If I were to change the order that I bought them in, I would start with this one then get the wide.

I'm a 40+ Figure competitor and the mag bars in general have definitely contributed to overall my back size (width/thickeness). The medium grip pronate bar is a game changer. I can pull heavier with good form and the details to my back in insane.
