    Feels like it takes a lot of the bicep out of the equation. Can probably get away with just using this grip to get decent back growth.

    Favorite pulldown handle

    this is by far my favorite handle to use for pulldowns. The neutral grip is great and is just wide enough to really feel the lats at full stretch. 100% recommend
