First and foremost, the people that work there are phenomenal. I made a silly request to add a stick figure to my order and they did. It was such a great surprise knowing that they would do that for someone. They are amazing. And the bar is fantastic. Thank you guys for putting a smile on my face :) 10/10 would buy again.
I tried this attachment when I was at a gym away from home. After the first set of lat pull down with the medium grip neutral I knew it would be worth a purchase to have my own in my home gym. After multiple workouts over a few weeks from the initial experience it continues to provide the same feeling as the initial use. The stimulus is one I have never experienced in the decade+ of resistance training. It is very comfortable on the hands/wrist/Forearms and I can feel a greater amount of work being performed by the lats and less by the Bis/forearms.
