Holy !!!! Sh#t this is one of the best workout bars I have used in the 15 years of working out ... also ordered the supinate close grip which is f##king awesome!!!!!! Targets my back like none other .. I plan on ordering the wide grip bar as well. These bars are going to be a key staple in my back workouts for years to come. People in my gym are bugging out over the 2 bars I ordered so far and I would leav them at the gym but they would get stolen 100percent. They had the close grip supinate there and it got stolen this is when I was first introduced to this company.. now I want them all!!! The grip is so solid you feel the power and pump .. a natural motion. No wrist pains like there are with those other cheap ass!!! Bullshit bars!!! My god .. theses are awesome !
purchased the medium neutral grip bar because of elbow pain doing pulldowns and other pulling movements. The first time I used the bar the pain was barely a very slight discomfort and the back contractions were greatly increased

Look, this is a bar. A grip. You get out of it what you put into it. This bar won't change your workout. But if YOU change your workout and adapt to the ergonomic design of the grip on this bar you will see better results. The design asks more of your grip and forearms. Despite the design it does invite multiple grip positions around and between the obvious hand holds. The texture is perfect for high weight and sustained hold. The build is high quality. This grip will not change your life in magical ways but if you want to focus more on form and isolation, this is an excellent tool to help you. The price is absolutely perfect for the design and quality. An excellent addition to your cable toolkit.

Fantastic piece of equipment, removes all forearm work of my back workouts. I have subsequently ordered the other bars. Nothing comparable to these bars and i have been going to various gyms over 15 years.
