    Close Grip (Supinate)

Posted by Sean on Jun 11th 2021

This is an Awesome item…the style and feel of the Close Grip is just right for lifting on universal machines. It definitely hits the spots of the back that need it and is a comfortable feel compared to traditional close grip handles.

    Buy!

Posted by Kev on May 24th 2021

I'm from Belgium and purchased the Close Grip Supinate,
    Medium Grip Pronate,
    Medium Grip Supinate and
    Wide Grip.
With tax fee included for Belgium it costed me 610 dollar but it's worth every penny!

These grips are well crafted. I will never use anything else for lats or rows in the future.

Love this grip. Out of all of the close grips...this one is probably my favorite close grip option. Highly recommend

    This is a great product!

The design of this is perfect. I have arthritis in my wrists, and this takes all the discomfort away. That also means that I can handle a heavier weight in the exercise.

Focused / Engaged Upper Back & Lats

Posted by Ryan H. on Apr 7th 2021

With this close grip supinated orientation, and the shape of the hand grips the focus on the upper back and lats is incredible. Grip factor is taken out of the equation and the engagement of the muscles is fantastic!
