    I have been lifting for over 30 years ... I keep detailed records of every set and rep I do, including 1RM for every single lift I do. Without using any gloves or straps i was able to break a close grip pull down record the first time I used this bar! I never had to worry about losing my grip ....very impressed! and I BUY AMERICAN MADE! 5 stars!

    the close grip supinate is extremely good for lat pulldowns and barbell rows.

    It was roughly 3 years ago that I first used a Mag Grip. A gym I was working out at had three different ones and I fell in love with all three. I am now at a different gym that does not have Mag Grips so I purchased this one to bring to the gym. I love the how comfortable these are on my hands and these grips take my workouts to a whole new level. I plan on saving up some more money so I can purchase one of the wider grips. I flip the grips over to change things up with my workouts. I absolutely LOVE these grips!
