The Supinate form brings in a different angle and therefore works the muscle in a different way.. is great!!

These grips are game changers. The variety that it helps generate and the ability to target and remove rear delts based on narrow or wide grip is fantastic. I'm a huge fan- I now have two and I may buy the entire line up.

Absolutely great for back the different angles make you work different muscles. So much better than conventional close grip.

This has allowed me to use more weight without wrist straps. The pump you get is amazing, here I am the next morning and I’m still feeling it. This is a winner in my book. Definite buy.
