This thing is amazing for lat pulldowns and seated cable rows. Puts my wrists in a nice comfortable position and allows me to target my lower lats very well

I have been lifting for over 30 years ... I keep detailed records of every set and rep I do, including 1RM for every single lift I do. Without using any gloves or straps i was able to break a close grip pull down record the first time I used this bar! I never had to worry about losing my grip ....very impressed! and I BUY AMERICAN MADE! 5 stars!
