I have the wide, medium and close natural grip bar. I also have the medium and close grip supinate bars. This equipment makes my work out more productive and I get better results than with the common lat pulldown bars the gym and almost everyone has. The position of my hands on MAG bar makes it easy on my wrist which in turn allows me to use more weight. These bars allow me to isolate different parts of my back depending on which one I’m using. They are great if they weren’t I wouldn’t have 5 of them.
