It feels natural to the hand. Wrists, arm and elbows stay aligned which feels more natural and makes the Pulldown felt more in the back and less in the biceps.
This attachment is so beneficial to get the best middle back workouts! Paired along side the other back attachments, my workouts have been so much more successful. Thanks Maxagrip!
